TOGATHERSG

Two-sided marketplace for home-based businesses in Singapore. Proximity-led discovery, built mobile-first for vendors who operate from a kitchen table, not a storefront.

Problem_

Home-based sellers ran their businesses across chat threads, spreadsheets and manual transfers. Discovery was scattered, and ordering, payment and fulfilment shared no common surface. The result: invisible supply, hesitant demand and friction on both sides.

Process_&_Flows_

Mapping the vendor journey from onboarding to first order, and the customer journey from nearby discovery to checkout. Focused on collapsing time-to-first-sale through structured listings and unified payments.
